5.2 Providing the requested Personal Data under 4.1.1 and 4.1.3 is a necessary condition to reach an agreement with JBVisas.com. When these data are not provided, JBVisas.com might not be able to meet the commitments which rest on JBVisas.com on the basis of the reached or to reach agreement. Providing the requested Personal Data under 4.1.2 is not mandatory and is not a necessary condition to reach an agreement with JBVisas.com.
